You can contact them here at general.enquiries@simplybe.co.uk We have been selling this bra for a number of years now and this is the first time we have had a complaint of this type. We generally advise that underwired bras are hand wash only- this is not including the hand wash feature on your washing machine. We also recommend that they should not be dried with excess heat- please do not tumble dry.
